The Pyramids of Giza September 2007

Eric, Harold and I decided to take an epic journey to Israel. Our plan was to somehow make it to The Great Pyramid outside Cairo, Egypt. On the sixth day we stood in the shadow of The Great Pyramid. Along the way we spent a few fun filled days in Dahab, which is on the shores of the Red Sea. On the way back we went to Jerusalem and then back to Tel Aviv for a few beach days and fun filled nights.

Eric, Harold and I made it to the Pyramids of Giza, which includes the 5000 year old Great Pyramid, The Sphynx, and the Pyramids of Khufu. It was an amazing experience to be able to see the last remaining wonder of the ancient world. The Great Pyramid was the tallest structure on Earth for almost 4000 years.
